My favorite thing about new parents is watching how much of the responsibility they share, so many daily activities are tackled as a team from feeding to bath time, to getting baby ready for bed, and Dave and Anna make a great team. I loved having the opportunity to photograph Anna and Dave a month after they added their first child to their family. One of the reasons I choose to photograph newborns at 1 month old rather than just days old is that they are so much more alert. You can really get a sense of your child’s personality by this stage and the family has also fallen into a comfortable routine.
